About me

During my time in the NHS and private practice I have worked with many individuals, couples and families during their times of struggle. This has given me valuable insight into the human mind and behaviour, and how we can thrive and reach our potential in life.

My own personal struggles, such as dealing with bereavement, navigating married life and learning to be a mother, have helped me to learn first-hand how difficult life can be. I know what it’s like to feel inadequate, to feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, and to get stuck in unhelpful patterns. So, along with my extensive clinical training and experience, I  have a wealth of personal experience of applying evidence-based methods and techniques that help me to work through difficulties and live my life to the fullest. I hope to share these with you.

My belief

The difficulties that we encounter in life can help to shine a light on the areas of our life that are not working for us.

They give us an opportunity to make different choices and create a life in line with our values.

I would be honoured to support you through this process.
